Who is Crescent Management.
Crescent Management is an actors' cooperative agency and a member of the Co-operative Personal Management Association (CPMA). All our members subscribe fully to the concept and ethos of cooperative representation. We are all listed on Spotlight and are members of Equity.
Every one of the actors that we represent, are also the agents. Being a member of a coop means that we all commit to spending some time each month representing the agency as a whole. We take joint responsibility for our careers and we take the time to get to know each other and each other's work.

We try not to have any more than one person in a particular casting bracket at any one time and specifically we are currently interested in hearing from
men (of all ages) and women aged 55+
Please look around our website to see if you might 'clash' with any of our current members. If you think you fit a gap in a casting bracket that we are
missing, consider telling us in your letter which gap that is and how you can fill it.
How to apply.
We will need to see some of your work. Ideally we would love to see you perform live, but we are happy to see a showreel or good short films.
For show invitations please give as much notice as possible. We would also like to see:
- A covering letter telling us about yourself and why you would like to join a co-operative management.
- A current CV
- Your photograph
- Your Spotlight view PIN - please note that we cannot consider your application if you're not a member of Spotlight.
