Crescent Management is an actors' co-operative and a member of the Co-operative Personal Management Association (CPMA). All our members subscribe fully to the concept and ethos of co-operative representation.
Being a member of a co-op means that we all commit to spending some time each month representing the agency as a whole. We take joint responsibility for our careers and we take the time to get to know each other and each other's work.

We would like to see a current CV, your photograph and a covering letter telling us about yourself and why you would like to join a co-operative management. Before interviewing you, we will need to see some of your work. Ideally we would love to see you perform live, but we are happy to see a showreel or good short films. For show invites please give as much notice as possible. The application proceedure to a co-op can be time consuming as all members are involved.
Please be assured we will consider all applications with great care, but we will not be able to reply to all actors who apply and will only contact those actors we are interested in interviewing. Please do not follow up an application with a call to the office. Many thanks.
Please note it is Crescent Management's policy that all Crescent actors are required to have an entry in The Spotlight and undertake to be members of Equity.

Please do not apply unless you are a clear gap, casting wise, from current members (see below) AND have an up-coming performance. We have a large number of applicants in process that we need to focus on.
We try not to have any more than one person in any particular casting bracket at any one time; please look around our website to see if you 'clash' with any of our current members. If you think you fill a gap in a casting bracket that we are missing, consider telling us in your letter which gap that is and how you can fill it.
Current Gaps: We are currently only interested in receiving applications from male actors with ethnicities or nationalities different from those in our current membership and applications in these specific types / age ranges:
men 55+; men in their 30s with defined features / model looks; strong female actors with model looks.
If you do not fall into these particular casting areas please do not currently apply as we will not be able to process your application.
