Crescent Management is an actors’ co-operative agency and a member of the Co-operative Personal Management Association (CPMA). All our members subscribe fully to the concept and ethos of co-operative representation. We are all listed on Spotlight and are members of Equity.
Every one of the actors that we represent are also agents. Being a member of a co-op means that we all commit to spending some time each month representing the agency as a whole. We take joint responsibility for our careers, and we take the time to get to know each other and each other’s work.

How to apply
We will need to see some of your work. Ideally, we would love to see you perform live, but we are happy to see a professional credits showreel or good short films. For show invitations, please give as much notice as possible. We would also like to see:
- a covering letter telling us about yourself and why you would like to join a co-operative agency
- a current CV
- your headshot
- your Spotlight view PIN
