Crescent Management is an actors’ co-operative agency and a member of the Co-operative Personal Management Association (CPMA). All our members subscribe fully to the concept and ethos of co-operative representation. We are all listed on Spotlight and are members of Equity.
Every one of the actors that we represent are also the agents. Being a member of a co-op means that we all commit to spending some time each month representing the agency as a whole. We take joint responsibility for our careers, and we take the time to get to know each other and each other’s work.
If this sounds attractive to you, then why not consider joining us?
Please note: during the current coronavirus crisis, although open for business (remotely), we are not recruiting. Once government restrictions on movement and social distancing are lifted, we shall of course be actively recruiting again. (Please note also that – at any time – we do not represent models or recruit via social media.)
How to apply
We will need to see some of your work. Ideally, we would love to see you perform live, but we are happy to see a professional credits showreel or good short films. For show invitations, please give as much notice as possible. We would also like to see:
- a covering letter telling us about yourself and why you would like to join a co-operative agency
- a current CV
- your photograph
- your Spotlight view PIN
Please note that we cannot consider your application if you’re not a member of Spotlight.
You can apply by e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org or post it to our offices.
Updated April 2020.
Please note: Although we are only seeking actors who fill a significant gap in our books, we encourage applications from actors of all backgrounds. If you feel you might significantly complement our agency in a new area please tell us: we like to be surprised!
What happens next?
Our application procedure can take a few weeks, but please be assured we will consider all applications with great care. We do our best to contact all applicants in due course, but we would request that you don’t follow up an application with a call to the office. Many thanks.
